MAY 2004 Pay for all school activities online!
Parents are often
exhausted from the struggle to figure out
what they need to pay for and how much is
the cost of the different school services.
At the beginning of the school year parents
are 'attacked' with school mailings and
fliers. In order to receive more information
or to make payments, parents need to contact
each school department separately. Some
parents are wondering if there is an easier
way to handle school payments.
Continuing the success of
PAMS program with school food service
departments nationwide, PAMS Lunchroom is in
the process of expanding the current
service. Parents will be able to pay online
for all school activities such as athletics,
transportation, year books, community
education and more.
Parents will be able to
view all relevant information online, and
make payments for any school activities from
the convenience of their home or office.
The system will save
school administrators precious time which is
currently used for payment processing and
answering parents questions.
Funds collected will be
deposited directly into the appropriate
school department bank account. A Daily
Report will be sent to the school department
with payment and registration information.
MARCH 2004 PAMS
Releases New Phone System
PAMS announces the
release of the New Pay-by-Phone system
available 24/7. Working with the school
cafeteria's point-of-sale computers
throughout the district, balances & payments
are a phone call away.
Easy to use, parents can
pay for their child's meals by just entering
their child's meal account ID and credit
card number. In addition, Parents can also
monitor their child's lunch account balance
and check the dates and amounts of their
most recent payments.
JANUARY
2004 PAMS Releases New Report Center
PAMS announces the
release of the New Report Center. The Report
Center was developed in-house by the PAMS
team to meet and exceed customer
needs.
The New Report Center is
a powerful tool that helps
district administrators to reconcile and
track payments with greater accuracy.
District administrators
can reconcile student payments with bank
deposits, and provide accounting reports for
all payments sorted by date, school, and
student name. In addition, administrators
can easily reconcile deposits with payment
data imported into the PCS RIGHTtrack
DistrictMP Point-of-Sale software.
The reports are available
online 24/7, which are printable and/or
exportable to Microsoft Excel.
