This is where our Training Sessions and Seminars fit in. Depending on the subjects covered, we offer training either On-Line with unlimited cyber seats per session or On-Site at a location near you. RIGHTRak District Seminar (Basic/Advanced/Condensed)

Seminar Description:

This seminar will give you an understanding of RIGHTrak software as a management tool. You will learn about the Administration functions, Maintenance functions, as well as Overlays, Imports, Schedulers, Reports, Letters, CRCR General Ledger Adjustments and much, much more. PCS will provide you with the knowledge and confidence in using RIGHTrak software to provide the information needed for accountability, goals, and objectives within your department.

Free and Reduced Application Processing 1-Day Seminar

Seminar Description:

This seminar will show you how to process Free and Reduced Meal Applications using RIGHTrak from PCS.  We will show you how to use the RIGHTrak Configuration File to set the “Business Rules” for your district as they relate to Free and Reduced Processing.  You will have hands on experience processing varied samples of applications.  The seminar will also cover the editing and printing of the required notification letters.

i-Scan Review 1-Hour Online Session
One Hour Online Training Session Session Cost: $95 per computer invitation -unlimited participants.

Session Description:

To benefit you and your staff, PCS is offering Online i-Scan Review Session for processing your Free & Reduced Applications. Please join our Technical Support Department as we guide you through processing an application from i-Scan to i-Tool to RIGHTrak.

PCS Support Technicians will review with you:

  • Configuration File Settings for i-Tool and defining eligibility rules
  • Identifying and determining solutions for the Need Help applications in the holding que
  • Importing into i-Tool
  • Processing the data into RIGHTrak
  • Reviewing the House Change Warning Log
  • Identifying and viewing application results in RIGHTrak

Session Description:

Whether you operate as a one school entity or a several schools district, PCS is offering an online session to help you through the YE process at the school level. This session will cover installation of the new software, all the year end processes necessary at the school level, optional clean up utilities, and backing up the data. Join our PCS Technical Support Department for further understanding of the Year End procedures and ease of mind.

To benefit you and your staff, PCS is offering On-Line RIGHTrak Year End sessions. Please join our Technical Support Dept as we cover the processes for YE for all districts. Our technicians will take you through the steps necessary for closing out the 2008 school year on RIGHTrak software. You will be reminded of necessary Backups, Ceaning Up Data, Archiving Data, Bulk Updates to Temporary Eligibilities, Upgrading the Software for 2009 Year Start, and more.

Session Description:

This session will give you an understanding of the procedures involved for the Verification process and how to configure the software for your district. You will be able to set your timeline for Verification selection, printing of letters, and finalizing the process for the required reporting in your State. PCS will provide you with knowledge and confidence while walking you through the process of Verification.
